Will mine look IDENTICAL to the one in photo?

We use real flowers, and they vary in size and shade so yours won't be exactly the same. We will never send a different colour, for example, but your flowers may be slightly lighter or darker. Also, different computer screens display colours differently. Handmade will always mean slight variances, but we do our best to make things as uniform as possible.

Can you gift wrap it and include a note?

At the moment we aren't able to provide a gift-wrapping service, but every piece of Buttonsy comes in a Buttonsy gift box ready for gift-giving. We can also include a lovely handmade, handwritten real flower card with your order, there is a separate listing for that in our shop.

Do you sell wholesale?

How should I care for my jewellery?

♥ Try to keep your resin jewellery away from lotions and sprays such as suntan lotion or abrasive creams, as these can affect the finish of the resin. ♥ Our resin jewellery is some of the hardiest available, but try to avoid sharp, pointy things that could scratch the surface. ♥ Cleaning of resin jewellery is best with a soft, clean cloth. ♥ Store your resin jewellery out of direct sunlight, somewhere dry. Our resin is incredibly UV stable, but extended exposure to direct sunlight can eventually yellow resin.

My order hasn't arrived yet?

We have pre-scheduled daily collections for post, and we use the Post Office's "Drop and Go" Service. We mark things as despatched as soon as they're collected from us and 9 times out of 10, parcels will start their journey on the same day, but using the service we do, there may be a delay from the time we mark it as despatched to when Royal Mail accept the parcel, and this is beyond our control. We send all parcels - both domestic and international - recorded and/or tracked. If you are concerned about your parcel being delayed, please let us know and we'll give you your tracking number. We are 100% responsible for damaged or missing parcels and will absolutely make sure that you receive your Buttonsy post safe and sound.

I need this by a certain date.

You're in luck! At the moment we have a 1 to 3 week waiting list for made-to-order pieces, but we have just added a Next Day Shipping section for all designs that are already made, and ready to go. The selection will always change depending on what we have already made, but everything in this section of the shop will ship the day after being ordered, Monday to Thursday - orders placed on Friday will ship the following Monday. Huzzah!

Do you work with cremation ashes and hair?

I apologise but we aren't able to offer that as a service. There are several resin artists who will make you something beautiful using your precious things, though, and we hope you find someone wonderful to work with.

Can you do layaway/payment plans?

Yes, we can. If you're looking for a cross, or something with a Bible verse, please do let us know if you're unable to cover the cost... you getting something that will encourage your faith is a priority for us, and payment isn't important. For all other items, (for example, you want to buy bridal flower sets for the women who were involved in your wedding), we are very happy to receive payment in installments; we'll have a chat and agree the terms in advance. We'll create a set of reserved listings so you can pay as and when you can meaning there's no pressure on you. The order will be official and the jewellery will be made once payment has been made in full. Just send us a wee message and we'll have a natter about it all.

Yes! You very much can. We are here cheering you on, and we hope at least one magical thing happens for you today.
