I ordered a 16" necklace with an Ankh pendant. Once I placed the order I wanted to go back & request a longer chain. I messaged the company & they said sure thing no problem. It arrived and the short 16" chain was the only one in box. Once I messaged the company again they did send me a return label to amend their mistake, but I had gone out & replaced that 16" chain. Perhaps they were in a busy season. It was nice they got back to me & I do really like my Ankh pendant. I will use the 16" for something else down the line. Overall, I would come back again.
