When will I receive my order?

We keep updated processing times posted in the Announcements Section. This is the time it takes for us to print and prepare your order for shipping. This does not include Saturday, Sunday or any Holiday. Often, we ship orders before the scheduled ship date. We ship USPS standard mail and unfortunately USPS DOES NOT guarantee any delivery date and these time frames are only estimates. USPS has been experiencing delays recently due to COVID and holiday shipping. If your order appears to be stuck in transit we suggest signing up for email/text alerts as this can sometimes get packages moving again. Once USPS takes possession of the package, we no longer have any control over the delivery of the package.

What do I do if I am missing an item or my order is wrong.

We work very hard to ensure each order is printed and packaged correctly. However, should we make an error, we ask that you contact us within 5 days of receipt of your package. When messaging us, you will need to include pictures of the damaged or incorrect items.

Can I cancel or change my order?

We accept cancellations any time prior to us printing your items. Once any part of your order has begun printing, we no longer will accept order cancellations.

Can I add to my order or combine orders?

You can request in the Notes to Seller that we combine your orders. Due to the large volume of orders we process, we cannot guarantee that orders will be combined. However, if we do catch both orders and combine them for shipping, we will refund the shipping overages. When orders are combined, the processing time will begin with the date of the last order placed.

Can I return my items?

We work hard to ensure all items are printed and shipped accurately. However, should we make a mistake we will work to quickly correct our error. Other than that, all of our patterns are printed as they are ordered. We do not carry stock of printed vinyl. Therefore, we do not allow for refunds or exchanges.

Our Printed Heat Transfer and Adhesive Vinyl is made using a Large Format Commercial Grade Eco-Solvent Printer. We print onto High Quality Name Brand Vinyl.

Our vinyl can be used with any craft cutting machine (Silhouette Cameo, Cricut, Brother Scan N Cut, Graphtec, etc)

Our HTV can be applied using a home iron; however, we recommend use of a heat press.

Printed HTV Directions:

--Do Not Mirror your image
--Cut on the printed side
--Weed your HTV
--Mask your Design (TTD Easymask can be purchased here: https://www.etsy.com/listing/695919463/heat-transfer-masking-tape-ttd-easy-mask?ref=shop_home_active_1
--Pre-press your garment (3-5 seconds)
--Place your design
--Cover with teflon sheet
--Press at 305 degrees F for 15 seconds
--Remove the TTD Easy Mask (peel warm)
TTD Easy Mask is required for use with the printed HTV. We recommend 1 sheet of Mask for 3 sheets of Printed HTV.

Adhesive Vinyl:

Our adhesive prints are considered permanent vinyl and is not recommended for use on walls.

This pattern is not seamless. When ordering larger sheets, there will be seams where the pattern repeats.
