HOW IT WORKS:
1) Place your order
2) You will receive a message from me with all the necessary information, including the address where you need to send the hair
3) I will contact you to discuss the design of the pendant
4) I will let you know when I receive your letter, from this moment I will need 15 business days to make the keepsake for you
5) When the pendant is ready I will send you pictures of the finished product
6) After your approval I will send the keepsake to you along with any unused hair


Please note all custom keepsake jewellery will be completely unique based on the hair or fur inside. The photos in this listing are examples I have made.

IMPORTANT:
Please note that in order to comply with Etsy dispatch times, we need to receive your inclusions within 4 weeks after you place the order.
If, for any reason, your sample doesn't arrive in this time frame, we will provide a coupon code for the total amount of the ordered items. The shipping cost will be refunded.
Your order will be marked as dispatched, and the tracking number will be your coupon code.
Your coupon code will also match your original order number.

Sent fur from our recently passed beloved dog for her to make a keepsake charm using the fur for my wife. She asked details and told me she would make something great and she certainly did. It was scary to send off the last remaining bits of our dog fur in hopes that it wasn't lost or ruined. She made an incredible tribute to our dog and even used his scanned paw prints to print onto the charm. Shipping back was far faster than I expected from England. I would trust her 100% with sending cherished items and putting together a great item.
