To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be uninstalled and in the same condition that you received them. Returns must also be shipped back in original packaging and should be packaged with the same packing material carefully to prevent damage. You are responsible for the cost of the return shipment + a 15% restocking fee.

Missing Package - Part 1

We are not liable for packages that are not received but are tracked as “delivered”. If there is no signature requirement, UPS / USPS will determine at their own discretion if an area is secure to leave a package. If there is a signature requirement, they will attempt to obtain a signature from someone at the address or nearby. If they aren’t able to obtain the signature, they may leave a door tag with further instructions. Check your tracking info for details on the latest delivery attempts.

Missing Package - Part 2

If a package is marked as “delivered” but cannot be located, it is likely the package is nearby or may still be on a delivery truck and is not yet lost. Often, the package will be delivered the next day. If the package still cannot be found, it is your responsibility to contact UPS / USPS and request a “trace” to locate the package(s) UPS SurePost: UPS makes the shipment pick-up, and the U.S. Postal Service® (USPS®) makes the final delivery, seven days a week. Packages stating they have been delivered may only be UPS’ delivery to USPS

I bought four lights for my kitchen remodel. All the lights exceeded my expectations - I love them! I got two hammered wall sconces and two hammered 24 in dome pendants. The matte black finish with antique bronze on the inside is just beautiful. I needed the sconces to be customized to shorten the arm. There was no issue at all with this customization request. The lights were packaged excellent to ensure no damage in shipping. The lights arrived on time within the delivery window. The dome lights over my island are definitely the statement pieces of my new kitchen. Additionally, I was very pleased with the pricing - very reasonable for customized lights and for the two very large domes for my island. I highly recommend this seller and these products.

The fixtures are stoning… great quality, size, and color, as expected. The new kitchen looks amazing with the addition of a 12’ Long Island and 3 beautiful pendant lights in gold inset and black top. I’m really pleased with the fixtures.
