This scratching post fits the corner of many couches. It's held down by the feet of the couch resting on it's base.

Since this is hand stained wood coloring might vary from scratcher to scratcher. There is many factors in the wood that can cause darker or lighter coloring. We try our best to match them when multiple are ordered together.

*BASE:
The base is roughly 7 1/4" by 7 1/4", make sure the foot of your couch will rest inside that area for this to hold down properly. Thickness is about 3/4 inch.

Does what it says! And looks good doing it. My cat scratched it within 5 seconds of me putting it up. Combined with a blanket over the couch, this protects the arms from scratches really well.
