I get a black screen when I open the file for the card(s). There’s nothing there. The file does not download correctly.

The file does not download correctly. I get an error saying the file is incompatible with my software.

Please check to see the file is in SVG format. If the file downloaded as an image, right-click and save to your laptop/computer. This should convert the file back to its original format, SVG.

The file will only open in a webpage. I cannot use it in my software.

When the file opens in the webpage, right-click and save to your laptop/computer. Save the file and then upload the file into your software.

Why do I not get a file to unzip? It just comes up as a picture of the SVG.

Some files are not zipped. If the file is not zipped, it should download as a SVG. If it downloads as an image, right-click and save to your lap/computer, it should convert back to its original format, SVG.

I bought a SVG file and have not received it/cannot find it.

I purchased a file. How do I use it/cut it? Where are the instructions/directions on how to use it?

Directions for Use is PROVIDED in the Item Detail/Description section of the listing as well as in a PDF file when you purchased the item. Please refer to the item listing for the file(s) you purchased for directions and/or the PDF file with your purchase. THESE FILES CAN BE RESIZED AND IT IS UP TO YOU ON HOW LARGE OR SMALL YOUR WANT YOUR PROJECT. Please refer to your die cut software machine manual if you are unsure on how to upload files and cut projects.

Will the cards work with the Cricuit Joy?

The file(s) can be re-sized to fit the maximum dimensions for the Cricut Joy. I do not have a Cricut Joy and have not cut most of them to be smaller than a 5x7 card. Buyers have said they have been able to resize and cut the cards on the Joy. Again, these files CAN BE RESIZED, and it is up to you on how large or small you want your project.

The file does not work on my phone.

Unfortunately, I cannot assist in trouble shooting files on phones. I do not work with digital files on my phone as I feel more restricted in what I can do on a phone vs a computer. I recommend using a laptop or computer to work with digital files.
