Personalised IVF Planner: Pineapple Design, Fertility Journal

IVF Journey is a discreet planner designed to support you through your fertility treatment.

A safe space for you to off load your thoughts and feelings during what can be a physically and emotionally challenging time.

The planner is full of uplifting words to bring some gentle encouragement through your cycle and tips to help you during the two week wait.

It is split into sections from pre-treatment through to test day allowing you to plan your appointments and medication, keep track of meals and hydration and journal your thoughts and feelings, all of which helps you to feel focused and in control.

I designed IVF Journey during my second round of treatment in 2017, initially it was for my own use but my family and friends encouraged me to share it more widely and since then I have sent planners all over the world and received many heartwarming notes of thanks.

The planner has had many additions over the years but a key feature I'm proud of is that it is accessible to everyone with no reference to gender / parent or partner.

Inside you will find:
• Three undated calendars
• IVF acronyms
• Space to write down clinic details, consultation notes, treatment notes, important dates and results
• A medication checklist
• Undated daily pages to support you through down regulation, stimulation, egg collection, embryo transfer and the two week wait
• Journal pages following test day

• Printed by a professional print house to ensure a high quality finish, each planner is then checked and completed by hand by myself in my studio
