We wrap all our items together with tissue. If you would like items wrapped separately for presents, please let us know.

Chokers and eyemasks come in ribbon sealed boxes. When you order more than one of these items, we always mark the colour inside using pencil so you can make sure you give the correct colour!

All orders are sent in paper or cardboard packaging. Most orders fit in our letter box friendly pink cardboard boxes sealed with paper tape. Orders that do not fit in our pink boxes are sent in larger brown paper envelopes. Inside your order is wrapped in tissue paper.

We are able to create hair accessories in a wider range of colours subject to a minimum order starting from 20 scrunchies. Please contact us for more information.

While we work to ensure that the colours shown are accurate, due to variances in computer monitors please be aware that the colours may vary. Silk batches may also vary slightly in colour.

I am always happy to send out fabric colour swatches for the cost of the stamp, just send me a message.

Shipping estimates for abroad are based on your order entering your country. Please be aware that orders may take longer to be processed through customs.

Please be aware that shipping estimates are estimates only. If you require faster shipping, please get in contact for a courier quote.

Orders will be sent to the address provided so please ensure this is correct as I cannot be held responsible for any orders that do not arrive due to incorrect addresses.

Items are not considered lost by the mail service until 10 working days after the estimated arrival date within the UK, after 25 working days for European orders and 32 working days for the rest of the world. Lost orders will only be refunded after the completion of a signed statement.

Returned items are your responsibility until they have arrived back and must be returned in the same condition as they arrived. We recommend you use recorded delivery as we cannot offer refunds for items that do not reach us. The original postage cost will be refunded (for shipping upgrades, the cost of standard shipping will be refunded). We will only refund the return postage costs for damaged items.

Please send returns with a note of your order number inside and mark returns on the package as a returned item as customs fees from failure to do so will be deducted from the refund.

Custom orders are exempt unless faulty.

You have the right to cancel an order within 14 days of ordering as per the Consumer Contracts Regulations. If your order has already shipped then you will need to return it for a refund. Please note that your order may have already shipped as dispatches can take 24 hours to be processed.

I have always tried to offer a range of affordable shipping options but unfortunately I have had to change all international shipping over to tracked as Etsy have changed their delivery settings. Tracked shipping does cost a bit more but also tends to be quicker. If you would like to use untracked shipping, please message me to set up a custom order with this option.

Our silk is dyed with AZO free dye and is SGS certified.

As gold plated jewellery can tarnish or fade over time, we recommend avoiding getting your pieces wet and contact with skin and hair products. Jewellery should be stored in a clean, dry place and separately to avoid scratches and to extend the life of the gold plating.

Can't see exactly what you want? Maybe you need something a bit bigger or smaller to fit you better. We make all of our silk accessories in house so just contact us with any custom requests. To avoid overproduction we usually sew small batches so if you want more items than are showing as available, just drop us a message and we'll get your quantities in stock.
