Conditions of returns

I do accept returns, on a case to case basis. If you wish to make a return, please message the shop within 3 days of receipt. Buyer is responsible for return shipping, & all items must be returned exactly as they came, this includes (but not limited to); gift wrapping, packaging, bags, boxes, bows, charms, complimentary items (excluding earrings [for hygienic reasons]), & the purchased item, in an unworn / undamaged condition. Buyer is responsible for missing or damaged goods. If a full or partial refund was agreed upon between the buyer & seller, the refund will be provided once the return package has arrived back at the shop, & is deemed undamaged.
