Custom and personalized orders

Most of our items can be personalized. If you are just wanting to modify a design you can leave what you need changed in the comments when checking out. We can also create new designs for you, just message us with any questions. We will send screen shots for approval before making your item.

Each of our listings will have sizing charts listed in the photos. If you would like an item in another color option, just message us.

All of our shirts can be washed and dried as you would normally handle your t-shirts. Just don't use an iron on the actual design. All wine glasses and tumblers should be hand washed. Home décor items should just be lightly dusted when you are cleaning.

It is very important for you to track your shipping. You can also sign up with USPS to receive emails of what is being delivered each day. If a package shows delivered and you didn't receive it, call your local post office immediately. This is the best way to track down a package. By not watching your tracking this can delay the process. You get an email when you order, you get an email when the package is mailed out with tracking and you can watch the order in your ETSY account.

Please double check your address when you order anything. We do not know if you put in a wrong address. If you want it shipped to your work or another location and you do not change it, we do not know. It is mailed to the address that you provide. If an order is returned, we can re-mail it for you, but it will cost additional postage.

This item is pressed with high quality heat transfer vinyl which is permanently pressed on the shirt with a commercial heat press. It will NOT peel off, or wash off.

You can wash and dry shirt. Do not iron on the actual letters.
