Because our products are cut from natural hides, slight variations in dimensions may occasionally occur during cutting and handling. What happens if an item sells out after I place my order?

All items are available while supplies last. Due to limited inventory and simultaneous sales across multiple sales channels, an item may occasionally sell out before our inventory is updated. If this happens, we will contact you through Etsy Messages as soon as possible with available options, which may include a comparable alternative or a full refund for the unavailable item. 📦 Does Priority or Expedited Shipping make my order process faster?

No. Shipping upgrades only change the carrier service/transit speed after your order has been processed and handed to the carrier. Our standard processing time still applies to all orders. Purchasing Priority or Expedited Shipping does not move your order ahead of other orders or shorten our processing time. Hair-on cowhide is a natural product, and every piece is unique. Hair color, length, direction, density, and pattern will vary from hide to hide. Natural scars, brands, markings, and small imperfections may also be present. Some hair shedding along cut edges is normal, particularly immediately after cutting, and is not considered a defect.

Leather scrap remnants that are a by product of trimming for production of leather seats and finished goods.
These scraps are Cowhide leather Hair on Hide, and come in multi colored patterns. The cuts vary as shown in the picture (each pack will have a different mix of colors, completely at random).

Average packages will be a mix of 4 different colors/prints . Please note this is an AVERAGE. The packages are stuffed to capacity from the mix of available pieces each day.
On average, the pieces are a hand size 5-6 inches in length and width. However, they are odd shaped. You can find clean pieces and pieces with scars.
The majority is soft and pliable. On occasion you will find some heavier, smooth leathers.
We do not sell split or synthetic leather.

Unfortunately, due to the cost and handling, we cannot accept returns on scrap.
