Can i return or exchange greeting cards?

Our greeting cards are printed to order, therefore they are considered a custom made item. We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom orders. If there are any issues with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to work with you on resolving the issue.

Gift wrapping and packaging

We pack each item we send out as if it is a gift, whether that is specified or not. We love the excitement of getting a package in the mail and we try to make that as fun as possible for whoever may open that package. We wrap all items with tissue paper and seal them with custom stickers. We even include some extra surprises inside!

How do I send a gift message with the items I'm purchasing for someone?

We do not have the gift note option enabled in our shop, because many of our products are shipped directly from our manufacturers and they do not offer us the option. If you'd like a gift note, you can message us after placing an order, and we can let you know if it can be accommodated on your order.

What type of packaging do you send items in?

Most orders are shipped in plain white poly bags. Pins are wrapped in tissue before packaging, and greeting cards are shipped in white 6x9 envelopes for orders 10 cards and under.
