We work with trusted print partners in the US, UK, and China to bring each product to life. 📦 Production + Shipping = Delivery Time Please note there are two parts to every order: Production time, when your item is made, and Shipping time, when it’s on its way to you. You’ll find the estimated time frame under “Shipping & Processing” in each listing’s description section. This estimate does not include weekends or holidays. 🧳 Multiple Items May Ship Separately If your order includes more than one item, they might arrive in separate packages and have individual tracking numbers. 📅 Delays May Happen Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed, especially during holidays, peak seasons, and back-to-school times.

I received a shipping notification, but it’s not showing any movement. What’s going on?

Tracking updates can take a few days to show up, especially for USPS. If you just received the shipping notification, give it a little time—it should update soon. For items shipping from China, the tracking may not show any movement until the package reaches the U.S. Once USPS scans it in, tracking will start updating. At that point, your order is usually just a few days away from delivery. I often include a note with a direct tracking link from the international carrier, but sometimes it doesn’t display correctly on mobile devices. If you’re unsure or need help locating your tracking info, just message me!

I ordered multiple items. Will they all arrive together?

Maybe, maybe not. It depends on what you ordered. Since I work with a few different print partners to bring my products to life, your items may ship separately. For example, your duffel bag might come from one location and your journal from another. But don’t worry, you’ll get a separate tracking number for each shipment so you can keep an eye on everything.

The address on my order is wrong. Can I fix it?

Please double-check your shipping info when checking out and again in your order confirmation. If you spot a mistake, message me within 1 hour of placing your order so I can try to fix it before it’s sent off to my print partner. After that 1-hour window, I can’t guarantee changes can be made since orders usually get submitted for printing fast, and they often start processing the shipping label right away. If it’s already been submitted, you may need to reach out to the shipping carrier to see if they can reroute it.

Because our products are made to order just for you, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. If there’s an issue with the product or design, send us a message, within 14 days of delivery, with clear photos of the problem, and we’ll do our best to make it right. A sizing chart is available to help you choose the best fit before purchasing.

Each item in our shop is made-to-order and carefully crafted just for you. Because of this, processing and production times may vary. Please refer to the product listing for specific processing timeframes. While we currently don’t offer rush orders, if you have a firm deadline, please reach out before placing your order so we can confirm if it’s possible. (Note: weekends and holidays are not included in production timelines.)
