Custom and personalized orders

At this time we are not taking fully customized orders, but most custom text can be personalized any way you’d like. Just be sure to type text as you would like it to appear in the personalization box for custom notepads. If you have questions feel free to ask!

Proofs Prior to Purchase

We offer proofs when requested. We send proofs to your Etsy inbox unless otherwise specified. If we don’t hear back from you within a day prior to your estimated ship date we will make and ship your notepad(s) to be sure it gets to you in time.

Everything is done in house, from design work to printing, gluing to packaging, we do it all ourselves to be sure your items are absolutely perfect!

Most standard products (without personalized text) ship within 3-5 business days, while customized items ship within 5-7 business days. Business days are Monday-Friday excluding holidays. Sometimes we can move orders along a little faster and we don't typically charge for this. If you would like to receive an order sooner feel free to reach out!

We send all of our products via USPS, either first class or priority, always with a tracking number included. Nearly all of our orders arrive on time without issue. If you do experience an issue with shipping please message me, as we stand by our process of getting your order to you. Examples include: -tracking has not been updated for over 2 weeks for orders in the US or over 2 months internationally -package was marked as delivered one business day prior but hasn't arrived -item(s) arrives damaged -any other shipping issue

3) Type the following in the personalization box:
-Name (as it should be written)
-Blank or Lined

Please note that this font is caps-only. Some last names and titles include lowercase letters (such as McDonald or PhD). To accommodate I will decrease the size of the middle lowercase letters (c and h in the examples given). If you would prefer a font with lowercase letters please reach out for additional font choices.

If you would like a proof sent via Etsy inbox before your notepad is printed please let me know that in the personalization box as well (just type "proof requested").

4) Select add to cart and choose your shipping and payment methods.
