💜DO: 💙 Use the polishing cloth provided in the cotton bag to clean your jewelry when needed or desired. 💙 If your polishing cloth no longer works (color goes from yellow to black), you can use a soft white cloth to polish your jewelry or visit your local jeweler to get a new polishing cloth. 💙 Wear it and enjoy! 💜DON’T: 💙 Don’t use commercial or liquid polishing solutions. This could damage the finish of your piece. 💙 Don’t wear your piece in pools or hot tubs. 💙 Chlorine, harsh chemicals, or wearing your jewelry while cleaning can damage it. 💙 BUT if an accident does occur, please message me for a free repair!

Warranty / Problems with Your Order

💙 Each talisman comes with a lifetime hassle-free warranty! This covers gift recipients as well! 💙 For rings: If I am given the incorrect size and it doesn't fit properly, I am happy to resize it for $10.00 - shipping is free! 💙 If your talisman ever encounters an accident, simply message me for where to send it for repairs. 💙 You are responsible for the shipping charges when sending a talisman in for repairs BUT I will happily pay the shipping when returning your talisman back to you! 🚑 Is something wrong with your order? Did I oops, or did a mail gremlin attack your package in transit? I am here to take care of you! Just message me with a photo of the item and packaging and explain what went wrong, and I'll get back to you ASAP!
