Custom and personalized orders

We gladly accept custom orders on our confetti push-pop, toss bags/tubes, and wands; as well as our balloon garlands and confetti balloons. - Custom Label Design: A custom label design can be added to any order by purchasing the add-on here: https://www.etsy.com/listing/474991088/custom-label-design-add-on - Custom Confetti Colors/Designs: We can easily match your confetti to your special event theme! Just send us a message PRIOR to ordering, with your desired style and colors to confirm pricing and availability. - Custom Balloon Garlands: https://www.etsy.com/listing/893750571 - Custom Confetti Balloons: https://www.etsy.com/listing/1056381201

- To initiate a return, contact us via Etsy within 3 days of delivery for authorization. (Requests made after 7 days are not accepted). - For return eligible items, products must be received in the same NEW, UNOPENED/UNUSED condition they were sent. Items that have been used, damaged, or not in re-sellable condition are ineligible for refunds. (*See list of ineligible items for returns/refunds below). - Any claim for damage or incorrect items requires clear photo evidence and you may be required to return the item. We cannot process reimbursements if the item has been used or discarded. - A 15% restocking fee applies if sealed packaging is opened or damaged if not disclosed prior to return. - Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return Policy (continued)

- Returns are to be mailed back by the buyer at his/her own expense within 7 days of Posh and Sparkle issuing a return authorization. - Late returns (mailed 7-14 days from return authorization) will be subject to a 15% restocking fee deducted from the refund total. - We do not offer full refunds for returns mailed after 14 days or received more than 30 days after return authorization. Customer will receive a 50% refund (exceptions only for parcels with tracking showing a confirmed mail carrier delay in transit) - Refunds for returns will be processed within 2 business days of us receiving the returned merchandise and confirming it's original condition. Once your refund has been processed we will send you a confirmation message on Etsy.

Items NOT Eligible for Return/Refunds

- Products that have been used, damaged, or are missing pieces (including product packaging.) - Clearance/Final Sale Items (Final sale listings are also ineligible for cancellation) - Customized items (examples: custom color confetti balloons, poppers, any item with a custom label/text, etc.) - Assembled Tassel Garlands - Candy filled products (ex. candy filled poppers) Due to health and safety concerns associated with the usage of the following products, we do not accept returns when the packaging has been opened, or safety seal broken: - One-time use tableware (one-time use includes non-washable items such as paper plates, paper cups, and straws.) - Latex Balloon packs and Latex Balloon Garland Kits (*with opened balloon bags/packaging)

My Order Arrived Damaged

- If your parcel was damaged in transit we will need to file a claim for reimbursement through the mail carrier in order to issue a refund - If an item arrives damaged please send us a message within 3 days of delivery, including photos of the damaged parcel as well as photos of the damaged item. - Please do not discard the damaged shipping container, or use the damaged products prior to your request being processed. (The postal carrier may request we provide these items as proof for a reimbursement claim.) - Balloons that pop due to improper inflation or outside factors are not considered damaged items. We do not refund popped balloons. Please inflate balloons slowly and carefully, and review outside factors posted in our listing details.

Shipping Carrier Delays / Missing Mail / Returned Parcels

-Due to mail carrier delays being beyond our control, we are unable to provide refunds/replacements for carrier delays. USPS only offers a delivery date guarantee for premium Express Mail shipments -Parcels marked delivered are not eligible for replacement/refund. If you believe your parcel has been lost or stolen, you will need to make a reimbursement claim with USPS or Etsy's buyer protection program Parcels returned to sender: -For undeliverability/invalid addresses: orders will be refunded minus original shipping costs. If your order had a free shipping promo, a shipping fee will be deducted ($5 under 1lb /$8.50 over 1lb / $14 for 30in wrapping paper tube). -Parcels returned due to a post office error will be reshipped by the carrier

Yes! We currently offer bulk discounts of confetti push-pop orders of 100+ pieces. PLUS we also include a FREE custom label design with these bulk orders! To set up a bulk order, just send us a message or submit a custom order request. *Bulk order discount is not available for sale items or rush orders. - Photo Trade Discount - Will you have a professional photographer for your event? Send us a message and inquire about a discount for photography trade! Wholesale pricing for resale is available for limited items. How Long Do Balloons Float?

When filled to full capacity with high-quality helium, the following are industry standard float times: LATEX: - Standard size (11" / 12") average float time: 6-10 hours - Confetti-filled (11" / 12") average float time: 4-8 hours - Heart-shaped (11") average float time: 6-8 hours - Large size (16" / 18") average float time: 12 - 24 hours - Extra-large size (30" or 36") can float for 1-4 days MYLAR FOIL: Due to the many different styles of foil balloons, their float times can vary widely based on the size & shape However, overall, foil balloons that are sized 18" or larger, can float between 3 to 30 days * Please Note: these are maximum/average float times, due to the factors listed below, we cannot guarantee any float times for balloons.

What factors affect a helium balloon's float time?

Outside factors to consider that will influence a balloon's float time are: - Helium quality/purity - Inflation volume (under-filled vs. full capacity) - Changes in temperature - Weather, humidity, and elevation - Exposure to direct sunlight, wind, heat, or cold - Added weight (such as added confetti, balloon string, tails, etc) Check out our Helium FAQ pages for more information on float times and helpful tips.
