Correctly treated linen will last you a lifetime. - Use gentle washer cycle - Wash at max. 40°C/104°F - Wash with similar colors - Do not tumble dryer - Do not bleach - Iron from the inner side in low temperature only (up to 110°C)

- Ready to ship items will be shipped 2-5 working days after payment. - Made to order items will be made and shipped in 4-7 working days. In the Holiday season, due to a large number of orders, the making of custom orders can take longer. - Due to the extreme situations in the world, there is a possibility of delivery delays.

REFUNDS AND RESTOCKING FEE

- Only clothing items can be returned or exchanged. Accessories, home décor, and fabric samples are non-returnable. - All returns are refunded minus the original shipping cost. - Orders with free shipping are subject to a 10% restocking fee (minimum EU €10, no EU €15 ). - Buyers cover return shipping costs. - Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery, in original, unused condition. - Custom or personalized orders are final sale and cannot be returned. Refunds are issued once the returned item is received and inspected.

GIFT WRAPPING AND PACKAGING

I have made a responsible commitment not to create waste, and a basic recyclable package is not a reflection of the beautiful things you can find inside :) 🎁You are always welcome to receive the items in gift wrapping. Add a note in an order you need to receive the package wrapped as a gift, and I take care of it. It is not charged.

BUYERS ADDRESS AND UNDELIVERED PACKAGES

The buyer is responsible for giving their correct and current delivery address. In case the address is incorrect or the buyer exceeds the maximum holding time, and the package is returned to the seller, the seller agrees to reship the packet only if the buyer pays for the repeat shipping. If the buyer refuses to pay customs fees and the package is returned, the seller will deduct all the additional expenses incurred because of this and will refund the difference to the buyer. Exceptions for custom orders apply.
