We provide two different types of bulbs: Carbon Filament bulbs and LED bulbs.

Carbon Filament bulbs have really thin filaments and are really fragile. If they suffer a tension peak where they are installed, they might stop working. They are meant to last 2,500 hours.

LED bulbs are much more durable, less fragile and more eco friendly. They are meant to last 10,000 hours.

Most common scenario is the bulb not working due to a peak tension.

In this case I cannot replace or refund the bulb as it's something beyond my control.

I love love love my handcrafted lamp! It came with an European plug, but I bought an adapter from Amazon and it works great! I highly recommend this product!

It's a great lamp but frustrating to have an Europe adapter. I must have not ordered one...frustrating nonetheless. So take care when you order as it is in the fine print.
