The 6x6in & 8.5x11in sheets will be packaged in a flat rigid mailing envelope. The larger 12x18in & 18x24in sheets will be rolled up in a mailing tube. If small & large sized sheets are purchased together, I will try to fit everything into the tube. Otherwise, I will mail them out separately and you'll be notified if that is the case.

If you would like me to fold the larger sheets and use a flat envelope instead of a mailing tube so it'll fit in a mail slot, let me know. I will happily do that for you.

I try to minimize the amount of packaging used so I do combine multiple packs together. If you need me to package orders separately (for gifts, etc), please let me know.

The price listed is the cheapest international shipping option available. The shipping includes tracking. I do not ship to any location without tracking. Please note that depending on the country, tracking may stop once it reaches customs in your country (usually Germany & Poland).

ITALY ORDERS
As of December 2021, all orders shipping to Italy will be shipped via UPS only (you may request FedEx if you would prefer). Due to a large amount of issues I have encountered with the Italian customs and packages not being delivered, I no longer offer standard shipping.

Yes! I can do custom cuts. My largest sized sheets are 18x24 inches so I can cut that into any size. Prices do vary. Please message me for more details.

CUSTOM CUT ORDERS ARE FINAL. Returns will not be accepted and refunds will not be issued for custom cut orders.

LATE DELIVERY (TRACKING IN TRANSIT)

If your tracking has been IN TRANSIT for over 7 BUSINESS DAYS, contact us and we will do what we can to help. Please understand that shipping delays are completely out of our control.

MISSING PACKAGE (TRACKING DELIVERED)

Please verify that the shipping address you entered at the time of purchase is correct. If the address is correct, contact your post office for the GPS coordinates of the package delivery. If the GPS is correct, then a police report will need to be filed for a stolen mail. We require a copy of either the theft report to the USPS Postal Inspectors or a local police theft report for ALL missing packages before issuing a replacement/refund regardless of the size of the order.

Yes, shipping is a one time flat rate fee and will be automatically combined during checkout.

Multiple orders placed on the SAME DAY will be automatically combined.
Multiple orders placed on DIFFERENT DAYS will be shipped separately.

I no longer combine shipping with items purchased from my other stop (jayemlaserdesigns.etsy.com) for insurance purposes.

If you're purchasing from outside the US, your item may be subject to Import Taxes and Custom Fees upon delivery. Please research specific import regulations for your home country if you are concerned about this added expense. This added cost is the responsibility of the buyer.

PLEASE DO NOT ASK ME TO:

- falsify the dollar amount paid on the customs forms
- mark the merchandise as "gift"

I will cancel an order if I am asked to falsify information on customs forms. It is illegal and I am not willing to risk getting fined or losing my business.

Even if you mark the order as "gift", LEGALLY, I am still required to list the cost of the merchandise on the customs forms.

Not at this time. My orders are precut into 18x24in sheets for easier storage for me. If I end up getting a larger workspace in the future, then I will start carrying 24x36in sheets.
