My Acrylic item Appears Backwards.

No, Your Acrylic item is not backwards or bubbly....I ship all acrylic items with Protective film still attached to prevent scratches during transit.

My Personalized Cutting Board has some Light and Dark Areas.

Each cutting board is unique. Engraving may not look even in some of the lighter areas of the wood. This is natural. We do try and make it as even as we can. This only just makes your product more unique and special.

I do not offer Refunds or Exchanges for the following items:

Returns and Receiving Damaged Items

Please contact me first if you have gotten a broken or damaged item. As all my items are individually handmade to order. Owltopthat does not accept returns unless you have received a damaged item. If your order has arrived damaged please send us a photo within 24 hours after receiving it. Owltopthat will send a replacement to you. If the item was required for any specific date and there is no time for processing without customer communication then Owltopthat will issue a refund. Please contact Owltopthat before opening a case or leaving a negative feedback. In most cases the problems can be resolved.

Delivery and Processing Time

⦁ NEW Display Stands (no sticks attached) - Cake Topper is processed without cake sticks and with a straight bottom, which allows our acrylic stands to be slid onto the cake topper. So the cake topper will not puncture your cake. You will receive your acrylic display centerpiece design a Resin 3d Printed display stand. Perfect for Table Centerpiece Displays, Memorial Shelves and Mantels.
⦁ Wall Display - ONLY AVAILABLE for 8 inch Cake Topper orders. Wall mounting hardware requires extra holes in the design. You will receive your Acrylic Cake Topper Design and two (2x) 1 inch Standoff Wall Mounting Spacers, two (2x) Screws, two (2x) nylon washers, and two (2x) wall screw anchors. After ordering:
