What should I do if my bracelet is damaged or broken?

We want to make things right! Please contact us within 30 days with a picture of the damaged bracelet and we will replace it. Tarnishing and normal wear is not covered.

What should I do if I received the wrong item?

Sorry about that! If we sent you an incorrect item in your order, please contact us and provide us with your name, order number and the item(s) you’re missing or received by accident. We’ll handle the issue ASAP!

Do you have number beads or symbols?

No we are so sorry. We currently only have letter beads.

How should I care for my bracelet?

To keep your jewelry looking beautiful, store it in the cloth bag provided or a jewelry box. Please remove your jewelry before contacting water or any chemical products. You may clean your jewelry with a soft, dry cloth.
