Custom and personalized orders

I specialize in custom orders. Please be aware that custom orders with photos, messages or special requests can take a while to prepare. Dependent on when I receive the photos and customization and YOUR APPROVAL of the mock up makes a difference on how quickly it can be made. Please message me if you have a deadline. In some cases if we do not hear back from a customer your order may be sent without photos.

There typically will be a care instructions page with your order but as a rule of thumb here is a list of how to care for your jewelry item: - take off jewelry prior to washing, showering, bathing or swimming - to keep jewelry near original color, never store in the bathroom or a humid environment. It is best to keep your jewelry in a jewelry box or air tight container. - polish with the appropriate jewelry cleaner depending on what your item is made of. Most of my jewelry is brass which darkens naturally over time. - Lockets sometimes need adjustment to close properly. Every order will usually be in a white organza bag or a box. The exception to this will be if we run out of packaging. (example: after a busy holiday period). Multiple jewelry items in one order may be condensed into one bag. If you are giving away multiple items to different people in the same order please let us know at the time of purchase and we can use multiple bags. *PLEASE NOTE: FOR PURCHASES BEING SHIPPED TO CANADA -Canada Post has strict measurement requirements for regular mail. We cannot box packaging or do gift wrap for free shipping orders in Canada. If your item(s) go over these measurement, there may be an extra charge because of size.

do you refund shipping or tariff charges to the USA?

Unfortunately we are unable to refund shipping on your order. The actual shipping charge to the USA is the tariff we are required to pay prior to shipping. US customers are responsible for these costs and they are non-refundable.

If you are doing a do it yourself wedding bouquet memorial, this is the perfect way to get your photos to fit inside the tray space.

Printable bouquet charm photos.

1. You just measure the inside of the charm tray rim to rim and send us the measurement in mm.

2. We do a mock up for you for how they are cropped, and once approved by you, we email you the REAL file on 4X6" photo size.
(You will receive 3 of the same photo for each photo you purchase. They will be placed on the 4"X6" photo, so if you make a cutting error you have a few to fall back on.)

3. You download the file to your computer and send the file to the lab to be processed. You could also take the file to the photo lab. When sending to the photo lab it should be ordered on a 4X6" photo.

What is a photo file? A file is one photo you send us
2 files is two photos you send us etc.

All light background photos will have darkening behind so you can see the edges to cut. We recommend small scissors to cut your photos.
Heart shapes are not done by my shop. They will come as a square or rectangle and you cut in a heart shape to insert your photo.
