How can I download the print?

If you have an Etsy account: After your purchase, you’ll see a View your files link which goes to the Downloads page here: https://www.etsy.com/your/purchases?ref=hdr_user_menu-txs Etsy sends you a download notification e-mail separate from any transaction notification email. If you buy as a guest: If you checked out as a guest, you'll find a link to download your purchase in the receipt e-mail that was sent to you after purchase. If you have any problem downloading your files, please contact me. Notice: if you buy a made-to-order listing, your order will be complete in 2 business days. Where should I print purchased files?

You can print purchased files in a local print shop, photo lab, or even on your home printer. :) Also, you can print these files in several online services, for example, Wallmart, Shutterfly, or Snapfish. You can print our works for personal use as many times as you need but you are not allowed to resell it in any way - nor digital or physical.

On which paper or media I can print files?

In principle, on any paper, but for the best quality, I recommend photographic papers (matte or glossy). It is also possible to print on self-adhesive films or canvas. The only condition is the white background color.

Custom and personalized orders

It will be a pleasure to prepare a custom order for you. All you need to do is contact me via private message and describe what you need. I can customize all designs from my shop or make something special just for you. However, I do not copy existing designs that are someone's intellectual property.

What are the conditions of use?

It is allowed: 1. Printing a file for private use (also in many copies). 2. Printing a file in the form of a gift - one copy per gift. If you need to print more than one for a gift, please make another purchase. 3. Make your own design with my file but only for personal use. It is not allowed: 1. Use of my work for any commercial purpose. 2. Resale in any form (whether digital or printed). 3. Sharing digital files with third parties. 4. Upload files in digital form on the web (including using on websites in any form). 5. Modification or editing of printable files without the author's consent.

What sizes of digital products will I get?

You will receive 5 high-quality files for print in the following sizes: ♣ Size 1 file dimension for sizes 20"x30", 16"x24", 8"x12", 4"x6", 40x60cm ♣ Size 2 file dimension for sizes 18"x24", 15"x20", 12"x16", 9"x12", 30x40cm ♣ Size 3 file dimension for sizes 16"x20", 8"x10", 4"x5", 40x50cm ♣ Size 4 file for dimension for sizes 5"x7", A2, A3, A4, A5, 50x70cm ♣ Size 5 file for dimension for size 11'x14" For square files, you will receive 20x20 inches from which you can print any square size under 20x20.

Returns and cancelations

If you have any problems with your order, please contact us. We'll help you to find the solution. However due to the fact that in this store I sell only digital files for immediate download (instant download digital files), in accordance with EU law (Art. 38 of the Act on Consumer Rights, point 13 "Delivery of digital content, not recorded on a durable medium."), I do not accept returns or cancellations and I do not make refunds. Buy and download files in whole or in part is tantamount to resignation to the right to return and the acquisition of a license to use the downloaded files only for noncommercial purposes. All sales are final.

How long I have an access to the files for download?

The ordered files are available in your Etsy account until you delete your account. You can download the files at any time.

Why did I get the ZIP files?

Some sets, due to their size, are packed into a ZIP file. ZIP files should be unpacked on the computer using for example the free program 7Zip (for Win) or iZip (for Mac), or the built-in software in the operating system.

My printout came out pixelated, why?

Some telephones and mail servers compress significantly transferred image files without the user's knowledge. If there are no visible pixels on the computer screen at 100% magnification, and the printout is pixelated, it means that the file was compressed when it was sent to the printing house and hence poor print quality.
