• A $50 design service fee is required to begin
• This fee includes the design proposal and CAD modeling

If your item arrives with a production defect, please contact us immediately. We will review the issue and provide a repair, remake, or appropriate solution based on the situation.

If a customer cancels, stops responding, or fails to complete payment after production has begun, we may retain or resell the custom piece to recover design and production costs.
