LEATHER CARE INSTRUCTIONS

All leathers are naturally tanned. To clean or protect your natural leather sandals you can use a small amount of any vegetable oil (preferably olive oil) on a cloth and dumb it on the leather straps of your sandals and let it dry naturally. That will create a richer/ darker color coat that will nourish the leather and cover small marks and imperfections. You can do this procedure on your new sandals so as to protect them from water splits and stains. Don't use this procedure for your suede or nubuck leathers. Instead, use a nubuck and suede leather protector.

JEWELRY CARE INSTRUCTIONS

All our Jewels are handcrafted with care so please treat them with love so you can enjoy them for a long time. In order to avoid your jewelry from changing color or blacken, avoid wearing them while being in the water or any contact with chemicals (perfume, body cream, soap) and sweat (or anything acid).

<CANCELLATIONS>: You have the right to cancel your order by contacting me within 24 hours after placing your order.

<EXCHANGES & RETURNS>: If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order (wrong fitting, colors, etc), please contact me directly and i will do my best to find a solution and meet your expectations. You have the right to return the goods within 14 days from their reception and exchange the product or receive a refund by informing me first in writing. Products should be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging. Once i receive your order back, i will refund you within 14 days, after controlling their condition. The cost of shipping of the returned items and the cost of shipping of the initial order are not refundable and will be at your charge.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds do not include the shipping costs even when your order includes Free Shipping.

If for any reason, i have sent out a wrong product (size, color, defaulted item etc), please be kind and patient. I will refund you or exchange your order, and the shipping costs for your return or exchange will be at my charge.
