When will my order arrive?

Delivery options can differ between items - be sure to check the listing details for how yours will be sent. Estimated delivery dates are provided for each item, and delivery upgrade options are also available at checkout. In some exceptional circumstances, orders may take a little longer to arrive than originally estimated due to factors outside of our control. Please note that orders will not be considered lost until the following Royal Mail guidelines have passed: - UK: 10 working days from dispatch - Rest of the world: 35 working days from dispatch If your order still hasn't arrived after the above timeframes, your item will be considered lost in transit and we will either resend your order or issue a full refund.

Returns and refunds are accepted if your order has not been personalised - please see my returns policy for further details. Unfortunately I cannot accept returns or refunds for personalised orders, however, if you have any issues with your order then please get in touch.

I have made a mistake on my order, can I amend it?

If you have made an error on your order, please get in touch with me as soon as possible. I will be able to amend this for you before your order has been processed, however, I won't be able to once your order has been made and dispatched.
