Geometric 3d printed statement necklace; gift for architect, math or science teacher, architecture and design student, engineer wife, graduation present jewellery, technological and elegant. An unusual purple necklace, 3d printed: it's made of 10 tiny stylized cubes, connected together as links of the same net.

This "impossible" configuration is only possible using a 3d printing technique. All of the cubes are printed in the same printing process so that once the printing is complete they remain inextricably linked one with the other.

The oblique lines inside each cube can be read as representing a stylised star. This specific design is one of our exclusive ideas and it was made using advanced 3d modeling software.

The composition of cubes comes with a black metallic chain about 22 inches long.

The composition of cubes alone is 3 x 2,5 inches wide and about 0,6 high.

It's made in Polyamide, 3d printed with Selective Laser Sintering; also known as SLS, this technique uses a highly specific laser that sinters thin layers of polyamide powder together one layer at a time, resulting in a solid and slightly elastic object. This object is hand tinted in purple.

The surface of objects made by sintering 3d printing has the characteristic "sand like" nice feel at the touch; texture is made of minuscule grains and looks almost like velvet.

The contemporary and unusual design makes this item the perfect choice for a special occasion: when you want to wear something very elegant that doesn't go unnoticed.

This piece is original and innovative but definitely not loud or vulgar; you can wear it over a black ensemble to have a subtle fashionable effect or, at the opposite, you can wear it over a light top to make it stand out.
