Most of the gems being natural stones get dull with time due to scratches and general wear and tear, we recommend oiling your gemstones (except Ethiopian opal) once every few months and keep them away from extreme temperatures as some stones develops internal cracks with extreme temperatures. Rest you can contact us for information about particular stones and we would love to guide you.

Gift wrapping and packaging

The stones are dispatched in transparent poly bags completely wrapped in bubble wrap and in a durable hard plastic box, the box is t hen put into a non tear shipping bag. But if you receive some damaged stones we would love to replace it for you for free (shipping charges is to be borne by customer)

We offer to our buyers for cancelled or return orders. The refund is processed under 2 days after deducting PayPal charges for cancelled orders and Paypal and shipping charges for the return orders. Processing fee charges comes to 7% and shipping charges as the customer paid.
