If you receive an incorrect item or if you receive an item that’s damaged I will send you a replacement free of charge. Please contact me within 3 days of receiving your item. However, please keep in mind that our products are custom made to order, so we cannot accept exchanges or refunds for incorrect sizing or because you have changed your mind. But a detailed sizing chart is provided on every listing. If you have any questions or problems with your order please contact me. I usually reply within 12 hours.

If you do not receive your item we will send it to you again at no extra cost to you provided the service delivering your item hasn't mark it as "delivered". In most cases your local post office will be able to help you track down a package that has been delivered, but not received. Make sure to contact them. But rest easy. ALL U.S orders are fully tracked, so you'll know where your package is. International orders have limited tracking. Once an order arrives at the destination country the tracking stops once it is handed over to the local post office for delivery. But don't worry. We will reship any order at NO COST to you if they are lost in transit. Just make sure to let us know it hasn't arrived.

Where are my items printed and shipped from?

Our products are printed and shipped from our printing partners based in either North Carolina or California. The location your order is shipped from depends on the item you have purchased.

What if I provided an old or incorrect address?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility or cancel/refund orders in which the incorrect address was provided. We can reship items only if they are refused by the recipient and returned to us. If an item is returned then we are able to reship it at the customer’s expense. Please note that It will also arrive at a much later date, as the package has to be sent back to us and then resent to the new address.
