Once payment is received I will dispatch your order in 1-3 working days (or as stated in the listing), unless it is a 'custom order' in which case the dispatch date will be discussed with the customer.

Shipping costs are added to your purchase cost, any import fees, taxes and charges incurred when the order goes through customs are the buyers responsibility. Custom laws differ with each country and it is the buyers responsibility to look into these charges before a purchase is made.

All orders within the UK are posted second class which does not provide a tracking number. If you wish to have your order tracked please choose the shipping upgrade at the checkout.

The vast majority of overseas orders are shipped using International Standard with Royal Mail and should reach the country of destination in 5 - 7 working days, but please allow 2-4 weeks in total for delivery as Royal Mail has no control once the internal postal system of another country takes over.
Occasionally, items are shipped using Royal Mail International Economy, and should reach the country of destination in approx 14 working days, but please allow 2 - 4 weeks in total for delivery.

Please note that the International standard and economy shipping options do not include tracking.

I also offer a shipping upgrade for overseas orders which includes tracking, this option can be chosen at the checkout.
