Who is responsible for any customs or import taxes?

Buyers pay the additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. Import charges can vary widely but are most commonly based on the price and type of item, package weight and dimensions, origin country, and the taxes, duties, and fees of the destination country. Mor Cards cannot calculate if or how much these fees will be, and are not responsible for paying any additional costs such as duties, taxes and customs clearance fees..

What happens if my order arrives damaged?

In this unlikely event, please let me know asap and take photos of the damage for me. Please keep all packaging and the damaged item until I let you know what to do with it.

I will always keep you up to date with shipping times and send a tracking number if applicable. Please remember that once the items leaves me I have no control over shipping times. If you think something hasnt arrived when it should, please contact me asap so I can sort it out for you.

What if I put the wrong address on my order?

I cannot be held responsible if the address provided at time of shipping is incorrect. I will do everything possible to ensure your order arrives at the correct destination but this cannot be guaranteed and the package may be delayed. If the order has not yet been shipped please send a message with the correct address and the details will be modified before shipping. Refunds or replacements will not be granted if an order does not arrive due to the customer providing an incorrect or incomplete addess.

This is a ‘pop up’ box card with cute pandas - it can be personalised with a name if required.

This panda box card folds flat for posting but easily opens out to look like a box. When closed, the card is approx 17 x 14cm in size and stands approx 17cm when opened out.

The card can be personalised for you with your choice of wording on the front panel. Please complete the personalisation box with your details. If you don't specify a greeting, the front panel will be left blank. Watermarks will not appear on the actual card.

The card comes with an envelope and is packed in a cellophane bag. I always post in a hard backed envelope and send Royal Mail tracked 48 or international tracked.
