Personalised orders include all items personalised with engraving or photographs.

ENGRAVING
We offer a hand engraving service where we can add initials and words to the back of our necklaces, earrings, bracelets and cufflinks. This includes up to two complementary letters. If you would like additional engraving added to the back then you may request a paid add on.

PERSONALISED JEWELLERY
A handful of our listings give the option personalise the jewellery with your own photographs. These are priced above our collection range starting from £250. To create one of these simply make a purchase or contact us. Your photograph will be turned into detailed image or photograph that is etched into sterling silver with the option to 22ct gold vermeil

All measurements are displayed in the following format:

height x width x depth cm

The thickness of each piece 1-1.5 mm, ensuring a studly thickness to create a quality item.


NECKLACES
All of our necklaces come on a 16 - 18 inch chain. This means that there is a link to fasten the necklace at both 16 and 18 inches. If you would prefer alternative length then please add a note to your order.

BRACELETS
All of our bracelets are made to 7 1/2 inches as standard. If you would prefer alternative length then please add a note to your order.

RINGS
All rings are made to order in your required size. We advise you measure your finger before ordering, however, we are happy to resize and will only charge for re-delivery of your item.

Some of the items available from Charlotte Lowe Studio are oxidised. This is a surface treatment that has been applied to the silver to turn the item black. The oxidization is not permanent and may start to burnish slightly on raised areas over time. This is often seen as a positive feature, as the surface individually evolves through use of the wearer.

To prolong the black finish it is advised that you store your oxidised jewellery separately from your other jewellery to avoid it rubbing against any sharp surfaces. Avoid contact with harsh chemicals such as perfumes and cleaning products.

Charlotte Lowe is happy to re-oxidise any item purchased free of charge, however, postal charges will need to be cover

Oxidised items rarely need cleaning and any dirt that does occur inside recesses or groves can be cleaned with a dry soft brush or with soapy water. Do not use any hard brushes or abrasives which may scratch away at the surface.

Do not immerse oxidised items in chemicals such as jewellery cleaning solutions as this will remove the oxidisation.

Silver surfaces can be cleaned in soapy water or with a soft cleaning cloth.

All of our items come beautifully packaged inside our luxurious white leather jewellery boxes with gorgeous blue velour interior. The outside of each box is embossed with our gold foil logo which reads 'Charlotte Lowe...for the moments you cherish'.

If you would like your item gift wrapped you may select this option when purchasing your item. We charge just £2 to gift wrap your items. If you choose to add gift wrap to your order each item will be wrapped in white tissue sealed with one of our embossed gold Charlotte Lowe stickers and wrapped in blue ribbon.

WHEN & HOW
Please check individual items for dispatch times. As a guide most items are dispatched promptly within 1-2 working days and are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery with the UK. International orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked & Signed for where available. If this service is not available within your country then we will send via Royal Mail Tracked or Royal Mail signed for.

ARRIVAL
Arrival times will vary depending on which country the item is being sent to. Please check out our listed delivery times in our shop policies to see how long delivery takes from dispatch to your country. You will also need to refer to each individual item to know how long it will take for us to dispatch. For most items this is 1-2 working days.

As we already offer prompt delivery within the UK with Royal Mail Special Delivery we do not offer upgrades to UK address.

For international deliveries (outside of the UK) all customers have the option to add express delivery to their order for just £12. All customers opting in to receive delivery via this service will receive their items within 3-5 working days (dispatch 1-2 days, delivery 1-3 days). A UPS tracking number will be provided once the item has been dispatched.

Once dispatched, approx delivery timescales for orders where 'Standard Shipping' is selected at checkout, are as follows:

UK: 2-3 working days
Europe: 3-10 working days
Rest of the world: 7-14 working days
