On a bespoke product can I use my own fonts?

Sometimes! We do have access to lots of different fonts and so if you have one that you are particularly in love with then let us know and if we have it, then we'll use it, if we don't then we can suggest one that we do have that is really similar. Alternatively have a good look at all our different products as if there's a font on any of our other albums then we'll very happily let you swop :)

Can I have a logo printed?

We can print logos on to our photo albums and guest books. We do however need to see them first as a vector file, and then if they're suitable we'll give it a go. There is an extra cost however of £25-£30 as it is quite a faffy process! Also, we can't print logos on our linen books as the weave of the fabric just interferes with the quality of the print

How do you stick the photos into the albums?

The pages of all our photo albums and large guest books are completely plain and so photos are stuck in with mounting squares, photo corners etc. The plus side here is that you can place the photos in any configuration that you choose! We have a you tube channel called BeGolden Ltd where you can see how all our albums work. We sell the mounting squares in our shop if you want to add them to your order

Can I write on the pages?

Absolutely! The pages of our photo albums and large guest books are really thick and of premium quality so you can write on them to your heart's content. Use a fountain pen, felt nib, roller ball, pencil, biro or whatever takes your fancy.

Can I return my order?

If you have chosen a non-personalised option then you are very welcome to send it back to us at your own expense and we will refund you. However if you have had your photo album or guest book personalised then I'm really sorry but we just can't take it back. It will have absolutely no resale value to us if it has someone's name etc. on it so we just can't accept the return. Sorry!

I can't quite see the option I want!

We are very happy to mix and match our designs so if you see an album that has a font on it that you like, but you want it in a different size or made from a different material then do get in touch as we're more than happy to help!

Do you do other colours?

We do have a lot of colours available across our three ranges ( recycled leather, linen and jewel bookcloth) however if there is a shade that you are really looking for then do let us know. Send us a picture via the message section of the colour you're after and we'll do our best to help!

Can you do different sizes?

We'd love to be able to do different sizes but I'm afraid we are limited on this one. We can't change the size unfortunately

What sizes are the books?

We sell a good range of sizes. Here they are in a nutshell.. Small (22cm x 16cm, 30 pages) and holds 60 4x6" photos Medium (23cm x 23cm, 40 pages) and holds 160 4X6" photos A4 (24cm x 31cm, 30 pages) and holds 180 4x6" photos Landscape (31cm x 24cm, 40 pages) and holds 240 4x6" photos Large (32cm x 32cm, 40 pages) and holds 320 - 480 4x6" photos depending on their orientation If you need any more help deciding on the size you'd need then do get send us a message!

How quickly will my book arrive?

We do our best to send the books out as quicky as we can as we know how it feels to have something exciting due to arrive! Some of our books (generally the ones where the printing is in the bottom right hand corner of the book) leave us the day they are ordered where as others take 3-5 days to make. Again, if you're in a rush then send us a message as we'll do all we can to hurry things along and make recommendations that might speed the process up.

Handmade in our BeGolden bookbindery in the UK using time honoured techniques and then traditionally hot foil printed in our workshop in Oxfordhire.

With stiff cream photo card and traditional glassine paper interleaves, these are luxurious, handbound large wedding photo albums and are perfect for either larger photos or for lots of smaller ones.

This is a hardback wedding photo album bound in linen cloth and features 40 pages (80 sides) of stiff cream acid free card with traditional glassine paper interleaves. Photos need to be fixed with double-sided tape (find this in our shop), photo corners or sticky pads.

This wonderfully large linen album itself measures approx 32cm x 33cm with the individual sheets of card measuring 31cm x 30.5cm. The depth of the binder is 4cms. Will hold up to four 6" x 4" photos on a page (40 pages/80 sides) ie up to 320 in total in this album (depending on format/layout). Alternatively, you can put two 7"x5" photos per page (total of 160 in total in this album).
