Monograms are traditionally in the order of first name initial, last name initial, and middle name initial. For example, Allison Lee Weston would be AWL. Be sure to double check the information before you submit the order since the robes will be monogrammed in the exact order of letters that you provide. *Once embroidered, we are unable to make any further changes to the towels.*

I ordered these for myself and some girlfriends for a trip as gifts & the girls love them! They came sooner than I had expected, but unfortunately one was not the correct color I had ordered. I messaged them and they were very quick to respond. They shipped me another one right away & enclosed a pre-paid envelope to send back the one that was incorrect. Great communication from the very beginning.
