The Ida Jersey dress has a basic, classic shape with a fitted bodice and wide skirt. This elegant, yet comfortable dress is flattering and sure to become a favourite. The pattern offers several design options.

You can make the dress with pockets in one or both sides or opt for no pockets at all. You will also learn how to shorten, lengthen or otherwise adjust your pattern.

In the table, you will find the dress measurements. As the dress is made from stretch fabric, your body measurements should be a bit bigger than those in the table. The exact measurements will depend on the stretch of the fabric and on how closely fitted you want your dress to be. Measurements are made with the garment lying flat, avoiding any stretching.

*The estimated minimum fabric requirement is for the sleeveless or short-sleeved dress. Maximum fabric requirement is for the dress with long sleeves. Please note that the fabric requirement is based on a conservative pattern lay out on the fabric. Our measurements are based on a 150 cm wide fabric. If your fabric is wider, a shorter length may suffice for the dress with sleeves. The fabric requirement is rounded up to the nearest 5 cm.
