International Shipping

International shipping is offered. Please be aware that all orders are calculated by country and weight during the checkout process. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information.

Custom and personalized orders

I’m always happy to make custom orders with advanced notice. Message me with the details. Minimum order of 24 candles for personalized options.

If you find that you do not like the scent or product you ordered, we do take returns on unused products. You must contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order (determined by the tracking provided). Customers are required to cover the shipping cost to return your order to us. Once we receive your return, we will inspect the product and, upon our approval, your refund will be issued minus the cost of shipping.

Your happiness with my candles means the word to me. If you are in any way, shape, or form, unhappy with your candle please reach out to me and I’ll do whatever I can to make it right.

IF THE WEATHER IS HOT ,YOUR ORDER MAY MELT IN TRANSIT. MORT AND CO CANNOT CONTROL THE WEATHER AND IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY MELTING THAT HAPPENS IN TRANSIT. To avoid potential melting while in transit, please keep tabs on your tracking information provided so your order isn’t left outside for too long in the elements when delivered. IF THE WEATHER IS HOT, DO NOT OPEN CANDLE LID RIGHT AWAY. LET THE CANDLE COOL OFF AND HARDEN AGAIN INSIDE BEFORE OPENING. THE CANDLE WILL BE BACK TO NORMAL AND BE PERFECTLY FINE.

Purchasing a product from us indicates you have read this section of proper candle care instructions. We are not responsible for any damages or injuries caused by improper care. To prevent fire, burn within sight. Keep away from things that can catch fire. Keep away from children and pets. Burn on heat safe surface. For best results, burn until wax melts evenly across the container, not exceeding 4 hours. Keep wax pool free of debris. Keep wick centered and trim to 1/4" each time the candle is lit. Avoid drafts. Never touch or move a hot or lit candle. Stop burning when 1/2" of wax remains.

Orders shipped via USPS Priority mail or Ground Advantage have insurance included. If any damages or loss occurs with an order, its the buyers responsibility to file a claim with the United States Postal Service at the link below. Please keep in mind, we have no control over a shipment once a package is in the United States Post Office's possession. https://www.usps.com/help/claims.html

Orders will be shipped to the address entered at checkout. Please verify the information is correct prior to checkout. Buyer is responsible for any shipping charges due to incorrect shipping information entered. No refunds on shipping costs will be made due to buyer error.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Your local postal driver may choose to leave the package at the door or on your porch. We are not responsible for packages that are damaged, lost, or stolen after the driver confirms delivery of the package. We strongly recommend that you check the tracking link provided to you frequently to make sure someone is there to receive the package at the time of delivery. You will receive a tracking number and link for your package once it has been shipped. If you have any questions regarding the tracking information given to you or your package shows delivered and you can’t find it, please contact your local post office for assistance. We only see what the tracking page says, but your local post office can give you more information.
