100% Baumwoole Dress - also known as German Cotton - most likely from the 60's/70's era. Fully lined in black satin, this garment closes with a long nylon zipper in back. The banded empire waistline is double topstitched. Vibrant colors on black - the red, orange, gold and white make a lovely floral print. The top layer of the dress is lightweight and it's well lined, except for the little puffed sleeves with cuff.

I wish I could tell you this dress is in perfect condition, but alas, it's not. There are a couple of flaws and one of them is front and center, sadly. There's an actual hole in the outer fabric just barely above the empire waistband. The hole is about the size of a pencil eraser, and because of lining, it doesn't show through. There is a second hole further down on the front of the dress. I almost missed this one. A good seamstress could likely make this flaw disappear, but I have made no effort to repair it. Sold in "as is" condition. The remaining portions of the garment appear to be in good condition.
