You may cancel your order within 6 hours of purchase. I try to work quickly and may have already made it if its any later. Otherwise, if I have already created it, I will charge a $5 fee to cancel. If I have not made it yet, there is no fee to cancel.

Priority shipping does NOT change my turn around time. Only the speed USPS delivers.

Shipping is sent via USPS. Packages are shipped First Class, or Priority depending on your selection.

Seller is not responsible for any lost packages or delays in your shipping due to the USPS. Please double check your address on Etsy. I can NOT be held responsible for delayed packages due to incorrect address.

Please order early to give your package time to reach you!
Once your package leaves my hands and is in possession of the USPS, it is no longer in my control and I can not be held responsible for any delays. If you order last minute, even with priority shipping there is NO GUARANTEE it will arrive in time.

Refunds or replacements are not issued for custom orders unless there was a mistake on my part.

I create your item based on the exact information you provide (ex.name, age and address). If you need to make any changes, I have to confirm these changes to be sure I have received your request.

Any refund eligible items must be shipped back to me within 48 hours of delivery. Items must be unopened, unused and in resalable condition. If items are returned damaged, I cannot offer a refund.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, and I must be provided a tracking number. Refunds are issued once the item is back in my possession and verified unused.

Once an item ships, Etsy will email your tracking number. You can also find it under your "purchases and reviews" next to the item. If you're having trouble finding it, message me and I will provide it for you :)

Please contact the USPS and provide your tracking number. They should be able to help locate it. I can not see anything more then you're able on the USPS website. They have GPS in their scanners and are better able to look into it. All packages go to the addresses provided by the buyer.

I ship in a 12" x 9" white poly mailer with a red "fragile handle with care sticker on front.

Your item has been packaged with care to ensure it will not be bent during shipment. Once you receive your item, please be careful removing it from the packaging as it may be fragile in certain areas.

It is best to hold the bamboo skewer and gently pull the tape back to remove your item from the chipboard. DO NOT PULL THE TOPPER FROM THE TAPE! Which may risk the topper becoming unattached to the skewer.
