Suggested Fabrics

For the main fabric, look for any cozy, thicker material; fleece, sweatshirt fabric, french terry, faux fur, etc. If you choose a thinner knit fabric, consider going down a size. For the lining and optional cuffs/waistband, opt for a stretchier knit, ribbed knit, or jersey knit. Lining can also be made from the same main fabric - try a contrasting color!

The instructions were a bit confusing between lined version and unlined version. I am an experienced sewist so I figured them out but it would be tough on a newbie. Collar and zipper on unlined version was way better the second time around. I missed a step completely the first time around and just finished my collar my own way. Your way was better :) Came out great though both times. BTW finished hip measurements would have been helpful on sizes. Thanks for a good pattern I will use over and over.
