What do you do with a broken item?

If you have a broken candle: *Take a picture of the broken item by itself... *Take a picture of the broken item WITH the original packaging in the same picture... *And, take a picture of the original packaging by itself. The pictures need to be emailed to MyWaxyCandle@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the package. The post office may need to see the packaging to reimburse the cost of the candle and additional shipping. PLEASE DO NOT THROW PACKAGING AWAY IMMEDIATELY. This helps keep the costs down. If you are not notified within five business days, you can reuse or throw the packaging out. We pack our candles very well. Often we wrap them in multiple items and boxes. We do not anticipate any breaking, but it does occur.

CANDLE CARE How do I get my candle to burn the maximum hours expected?

•Trim wick to 1/4 inch before lighting and burning every time. •Keep candle free of any foreign materials including matches and wick trimmings. •Only burn the candle on a level, fire resistant surface. •Do not burn the candle for more than 4 hours at a time. •Always burn candle within sight and always keep out of the reach of children and pets.

How do I use the Palo Santo sticks? Palo santo instructions:

Instructions: •Use a source of fire to ignite your Palo Santo stick. •Hold the stick at a 45 deg. angle, pointing the tip down toward the flame until the stick itself ignites. •Let the stick burn about 30 sec. to one minute, then blow it out. •The stick will produce warm red embers which release a terpene-rich healing smoke. •When finished, place the stick in a fire-proof bowl. •The glow will end on its own. •If you blow on the ember, it will keep the smoke going. • Always use caution and respect when working with fire.
