Gift wrapping and packaging

We make best effort to package all our items carefully using industry standard packing materials; styrofoam peanuts, bubble wrap, foam sleeves, or a combination of any or all these (depending on the item). Fragile items will be cushioned and clearly marked. We are happy to gift wrap smaller items and even include personalized notes, just send us a message! We can also ship directly to the gift recipient.

Insurance and lost packages

Unless otherwise mentioned, insurance is not included. Please note that if your item arrive damaged and you have not requested insurance, you will not be refunded. If you'd like to add insurance to your order, please contact us for a quote! We are not responsible for lost packages however we are happy to work with you while the package is in transit. That said, we cannot take action on packages that have been marked as delivered. If at any point you have questions, just contact us and we'll figure something out!

Returns and exchanges

You can decide to return the ordered item(s) within a 14 day period. This period begins the day after receipt of your order. After we have received the item(s) - in the same condition as we have sent them to you - we will refund the full amount (excluding return postage costs).

Additional returns & exchanges infos

If packages are returned to us, additional shipping costs will need to be paid for by the buyer, to re-ship the item. Please note that we are not responsible for any shipping fees if an item returns as an unclaimed package. If an item is returned the buyer is responsible for shipping both ways. You are buying an antique or vintage product which inherently shows wear and age.
