What’s your turnaround time? Can I get my files quicker?

My turnaround time is typically within 3-6 days (though I suggest you check my Shop Announcement for any changes or delays) from receiving all of the relevant personalisation details. Your files may be done sooner, but I can’t guarantee it, and I cannot expedite orders simply upon request. For urgent purchases, I do offer an additional 24 hour rush service (https://etsy.me/2pzC6iz).

I can't find my invitation files. Where can I download them from?

If you've ordered a personalised design, your files will NOT be available to download through Etsy. Once completed, they will be sent through to the email address on file with your Etsy account. If you don't have them once the turnaround time has elapsed, please first check your Spam or Junk folder - then pop me a message.

Can I have an invitation made in a language other than English?

Sure! You’ll just need to provide me with a FULL translation of all the relevant wording (including headings, etc). However, please note that on many designs there’s not too much room for a lot of additional text.

Where can I have my design printed?

You can print your files at any photo lab, with your home printer, or via an online service. If you're after a particular size or formatting (e.g. bleed marks) please do contact me prior to purchase to ensure I can accomodate your request.

Can you print my order for me?

My Print & Ship service is currently unavailable.

Will I see a proof image?

Unless you specifically request a proof, I only provide print-ready files. This is to prevent any unnecessary delays to you receiving your final design! Any changes not the result of my error will typically only be provided at a small additional cost, so please ensure all of your provided information is correct when ordering. Once the files have been completed & emailed through to you, any modifications NOT the result of my error will incur the following editing fee: https://etsy.me/3aFDfu9

‣ If purchasing 1 logo, the files will be emailed through to you within 3-4 business days. I will use the e-mail associated with your Etsy account unless otherwise specified. If the turnaround time has elapsed and you don't have your files, please FIRST check your email's Spam/Junk folder. Then, get in touch.

‣ If purchasing more than 1 logo variation, the files may instead be provided via a OneDrive or Dropbox link. Please download and save your files ASAP as they can not be stored there permanently.

‣ The layout of the design(s) will change slightly depending on your business name and how the letters/words fit together.

‣ Please note that this is NOT a one-of-a-kind logo. Although it will be customised to suit your business, it will be re-customised and re-sold. If you wish to retire this design from my shop so it will no longer be sold, please contact me for the additional fee. Vector files are not available for premade designs.
