Can I exchange a shirt for a different size?

Yes, if the purchase is within 14 days and the shirt is in new condition. However, the customer must pay return shipping costs. T-shirts and hoodies may only be exchanged one time.

My order has been marked as "delivered" but I don't have it. Will you issue a refund?

Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for refunded packages that have been marked as "delivered" by the USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

This sweet Otter Tee is designed and hand-printed in our Maine studio using eco-friendly, water-based ink. Each shirt is sewn in Haiti for a living wage using US organic and recycled fibers. The tri-blend fabric is soft and super comfy!

* Each shirt contains 6 recycled plastic bottles. Sustainable and eco-friendly!

* Machine wash cold, tumble dry

The handmade quality of our shirts assures that each one is unique. We mix the inks in-house and hand pull each print, so slight variations in color and image placement are possible and are a sign of hand-craftsmanship.
