-Delivery time across the US takes up to 3-5 days. For abroad orders, it may vary from 1 to 4 weeks
-Please, check your address on the Etsy profile before making a purchase. we’ll ship the package to the address provided by Etsy unless we receive a request.
-We’re not responsible for delays or damages caused by shipping carriers but will try our best to compensate.

Payment
-We accept all major credit cards, PayPal.
-We can not accept money orders or checks.

Refunds & Exchanges
- All cases can be exchanged and refunded except customized.
-The customer is responsible for any extra shipping cost caused by return or exchange.
-Customized cases are refundable, only if there is an issue with the case. Please send us a photo of what’s wrong and we will try to figure out how to rectify it.
-The price of the case can be refunded once it is returned. If there is no tracking info for the case that was shipped back to us, we are not responsible for the package. If the package without tracking info got lost in the mail, the shop will not offer a refund.
-Refund time depends on your bank. Once the shop submits a cancellation or a refund, it can not be responsible for returning the money. As rule, a refund takes from 1 to 3 business days.

If there are any changes to the order please contact us within 24 hours of ordering.
