How can I place a custom order?

• Choose a hat or fascinator from my shop, or share an inspiration photo. Please also send a photo of your outfit and any details (event, colors, preferences) to guide the design. • I will recommend a similar design from my collection and share available materials. Pricing will depend on the design and materials selected. A private listing link will be provided for purchase. • Once completed, I will send photos of your custom piece for approval before shipping. • Processing Time: Custom order lead time is typically 3-5 days. Custom orders for Oaks and Derby typically end by the third week of April.

Most of my hats are one size and are designed to fit a standard head circumference of 56–58 cm. Brim width, crown height, and design measurements are listed in each individual product description. Most styles include an inner adjustable band for a more secure and customized fit. If you have specific sizing needs, please feel free to contact me — I’m happy to assist.

To preserve the beauty and shape of your piece: • Store in a cool, dry place. • Keep away from moisture and direct sunlight. • Avoid crushing, bending, or stacking items on top. • Spot clean gently with a soft, dry cloth. • Keep inside a protective plastic bag when not in use. • Fill the crown lightly with tissue paper to help maintain its shape. • Store in a hat box for optimal long-term protection.

• Ready-to-ship items are dispatched within 1–2 business days. • Made-to-order pieces require up to 3 business days for production. Rush service may be available upon request (additional fees may apply). • Custom orders will have an individualized production timeline, which will be confirmed prior to purchase.
