5 out of 5 starsThis item was BEAUTIFUL. This seller is talented and I am so happy I ordered. I ordered a bouquet and boutonnière for our wedding. There were hiccups though with customer service. It was about two weeks after my order was supposed to ship, and I had not heard anything. I reached out to the seller and got no response from my message. I submitted a formal concern requesting a refund. Then I heard back pretty quickly (like within 24 hours). The seller stated they had a family emergency, which led to a backup in their orders. While empathizing these things happen, in the future I would suggest communicating delays clearly. That way a refund could be given if needed, and the ordering individual can make alternative plans.

I could not have asked for anything better. This cascade bouquet is definitely the best thing I have bought for my wedding, it is absolutely stunning!! I added Chianti to mine to make it a bit more personalized, I wish I could add more photos. Order in advance because they have a long line but it’s SO WORTH THE WAIT!
