My experience with this seller was poor. I ordered this item fully understanding it was in PDF format, however the local printing services this shop recommends (Walmart) only accepts JPEG format. I reached out to the seller requesting a jpeg version and she did not respond for 3 days. This was too late to have it printed in time for our party. I feel like it was misrepresentation recommending Walmart as a printing option for a format they don’t accept. My suggestion is that anyone ordering from this shop should confirm that their local printing service accepts PDF format prior to purchasing.
