Most of our items are custom sized and will have a diagram on how to measure. We understand that some of this may be confusing so don't hesitate to message us with any questions! We are here to help!

Faux Fur is a synthetic material and has specific washing instructions! Follow these steps for easy care:: -Wash in a washing machine (on delicate) or sink/tub in cold or warm water with a small amount of detergent -Be sure its rinsed thoroughly and wring out excess water if using sink/tub -You can comb out the fur while it's still wet if you'd like to help it dry straight -And hang it up or lay it out flat on a towel to dry -You may put it in the dryer on Air Dry only NO HEAT or it will get ruined

What's a 'Rush Fee' and why am I being charged one?

If you are needing your order sooner than our normal processing time or during a busy rush we may charge a Rush Fee depending on the time that you need it by. ♥That means we will put your order ahead of our other orders and ship it sooner than our normal processing time to ensure you receive your order by the date you request. **Please note- we still can't control the shipping carriers delays (if any) for whatever their reasons may be. We look up shipping times in advance to schedule orders to be shipped out and go by the time the carrier quotes. ♥The cost will vary by item type, quantity, and date needed. Please contact us before ordering to make sure we can accommodate your needs. ♥Rush fee quotes last for 24 hours and may be raised

I can only guarantee delivery by your deadline if you contact me BEFORE ordering otherwise your order will be processed under our normal processing times. Rush fees and/or shipping upgrades may be needed, please see above for more info.
