Well disappointed in the transaction I can't fault the item, beautifully made, look great and a fast delivery considering they where sent from India to the UK. So why am I disappointed? Well the trousers don't fit, so I thought no problem I can get a refund as it states that this can be done. So checked the returns policy, yep the company accept returns/exchanges, they do state they do not accept custom ordered returns, my trousers didn't fall into this category as I had ordered from the site. If you request custom made, they request details after payment is made(I didn't do this). So I am now left with trousers that don't fit and can't be worn🤷‍♂️ A rather dishonorable way of customer support.. A lesson learned the hard way CAVEAT EMPTOR..... BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR SIZE.... BITTER SWEET EXPERIENCE ☹️

Buyer ordered 38 waist sizes and is now asking us to return as he ordered the wrong size so exchange with size 42. So we were suggested that you can order with custom made so that we can make 42 size pants for you with 10% off. Because we offer sizes 30 to 38, this pant cannot interchange with size 42.
